The first phase of registration for the 2015 Aussie Open is now open! Men’s players with a PDGA rating of 935 or higher can now register for the Open division, and all women can now register for the Open and Advanced divisions. Register here to claim your spot in the first Major down under.
All players must be current PDGA members and PDGA certified officials to register. If you are not currently a certified PDGA official, you can take the exam here.
During the registration process, players will be asked for their tournament hotel room preference and their intended dates of travel. This will help the booking process so please have a look at a calendar before completing your registration. The Aussie Open organisers will contact players to confirm tournament hotel bookings at a later date.
The question a lot of people have been asking us is, “When does registration for the Aussie Open begin?” The answer is September 15!
We are thrilled to announce that the Quality Resort Sorrento Beach has now been confirmed as the official hotel of the 2015 Aussie Open! The Sorrento Beach hotel will be the centre of off the course action throughout the tournament. Besides being near the beach, it is within walking distance of all locations for player dinners and parties, opening and closing ceremonies and will be the pick up and drop off location for shuttle buses to and from the course and other activities.
